These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and j2bit ("j2bit", "we", "us", "our"). Until verification is satisfactorily completed, j2bit may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay. If age verification reveals that a Player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned less any bonuses claimed.
2.3 Jurisdiction. You are personally responsible for ensuring that your use of the j2bit Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. j2bit does not provide legal advice on the permissibility of online gambling in any specific location. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted under the laws applicable to you, you must not use the Platform.
2.4 Capacity. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
3.1 To access real-money features of the j2bit Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including a valid email address.
3.2 One account per person. Each individual may register and maintain only one j2bit account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be merged or permanently closed. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated via duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. j2bit strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via Account Settings. You must notify j2bit immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 j2bit will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials, including sharing your password with third parties.
3.5 Account registration and use of the Platform is for personal, recreational use only. Commercial exploitation of j2bit services, including systematic arbitrage, is prohibited.
4.1 j2bit accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
4.2 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit. j2bit does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.3 All funds deposited into your j2bit account must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. j2bit does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.
4.4 j2bit reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.
4.5 Deposited funds are held in your j2bit wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed credit. Funds do not earn interest.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted from Cashier → Withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible.
5.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, j2bit may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days of document submission.
5.3 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days.
5.4 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus amounts.
5.5 j2bit reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected pending investigation.
6.1 j2bit may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers at its discretion. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before withdrawal of bonus or any associated winnings is permitted.
6.3 j2bit reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, previously accrued bonus progress will be retained.
6.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinating with other players — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account closure.
6.5 j2bit is not responsible for errors in promotional communications. In the event of a material discrepancy between a promotional banner and these Terms, these Terms prevail.
7.1 All sports bets placed on j2bit are subject to the sport-specific betting rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the relevant rules.
7.2 Bets are only confirmed when the Platform generates an official bet confirmation reference. j2bit is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to technical failure, disconnection, or insufficient account balance.
7.3 j2bit offers pre-match and in-play betting markets. In-play odds move in real time. j2bit reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any market at any time, including where a significant event has occurred but has not yet been reflected in the offered odds.
7.4 Palpable errors. j2bit reserves the right to void bets accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect due to technical malfunction or human error (a "palpable error"), regardless of whether the relevant event has concluded. The determination of whether odds constitute a palpable error rests solely with j2bit.
7.5 Maximum payouts per event and per market are subject to limits published in the betting rules. j2bit reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Player account.
7.6 j2bit does not accept wagers from individuals who possess material non-public information about an event, or from individuals who are employed by teams, organisations, or governing bodies involved in covered events.
8.1 All casino games, live dealer games, slots, arcade titles, and game show formats available on j2bit are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game. RTP percentages for slot titles are disclosed within the game information panel.
8.2 j2bit casino games are provided by third-party software providers. Where a game malfunction occurs, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. j2bit is not liable for losses arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the relevant stake.
8.3 Live casino results are determined by physical outcomes (dealer cards, roulette ball, dice) captured on video. These outcomes are final and binding. Video replays are available to verify results.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet sizes for casino games are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change at j2bit's discretion.

10.2 Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits less applicable deductions will be returned via the original payment method.
10.3 Players may close their own account at any time by contacting j2bit Support. Account closure for responsible gaming purposes (self-exclusion) is handled under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

11.2 j2bit may impose limits or restrictions on any account where indicators of problem gambling are identified, without requiring consent from the account holder.
11.3 Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the j2bit Platform should submit a self-exclusion request via email to the support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within one business day. During the self-exclusion period, no account access, deposits, or gameplay will be permitted.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j2bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.3 j2bit's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
14.1 j2bit collects and processes personal data in accordance with the j2bit Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j2bit is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact j2bit Support to seek resolution. j2bit will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the Player may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as notified by j2bit from time to time.
16.1 j2bit may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Players will be notified of material changes via email or a Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16.2 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact Support to close your account. Any real-money balance will be returned via your registered payment method.
